I am a retired trial lawyer who has advised international corporations, banks and accounting firms. I taught business law at the University of Toronto, and am the co-author of The Essential Concepts of Canadian Business Law.

I explain the laws and related aspects of the corporate, banking, and tax systems that the advisers to the super rich use for the outsized upward transfer of wealth that has been happening since the 1970s— and that are never explained outside of courses for those who will become part of the system.
